How to purchase?

1. Member subscription

The purchaser must become a CeramicsCollector member in order to purchase the objects presented on-line.

The subscription is free and without commitment or obligation. The procedure is very easy and rapid.

You are garanteed the highest security concerning your personal information wich will never be disclosed.

2. Viewing the details of an object

To view the details of an object, simply click on the picture of the object.

2. Reserving an object

Reserving an object enables you to reflect for 2 days before purchasing it. During this time you are the only one able to purchase the object.

In order to reserve an object, when you are on the "details of the object" screen, just click on "reserve this object".

Viewing the objects you have reserved is possible at any time by clicking "my reserved object" in the members area.

4. Purchasing an object

Once you have chosen to purchse an object, click on the picture of the object and click again "purchase this object" to access the following screens:

1st screen: "please update":

Please update your detailed information and click "next".

2nd screen: "order form":

CeramicsCollector gives you a summary of your order :

• Description of the object,
• Total price of the transaction, including delivery charges and CeramicsCollector commission (10%),
• Acceptance of the genaral terms of sale.

To confirm your order, please click "OK".

We will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail, and the invoice. Please sent your payment only after receiving this confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer.

6. Shipping and insurance

CeramicsCollector uses the most appropriate shipping in accordance to the object and its destination.

All the shipments are insured up to the value of the purchase. The insurance cost is 1% of this value.

An estimation of the shipping and insurance costs can be obtained by clicking on “calculate the shipping cost” found on the “details” screen of the object.

The exact amount will be sent with the confirmation e-mail.

Please note that any taxes, import duties to be paid are the responsibility of the purchaser, as well as knowledge of import regulations.

7. Total price of the transaction

In addition to the price of the object, you have to pay:

• The commission of CeramicsCollector (10%)
• The transport and the insurance costs.

8. Return and refund policy : satisfaction or your money back

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date. The object must be in the same condition as it was upon delivery.

You will be refunded the full price of the object, including CeramicsCollector’s commission, but excluding all other shipping and insurance costs.

The return shipping and insurance (according to the value of the object) costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The object must be returned in the same packing that it was sent in.

8. Following the purchase

You can follow your purchases by going to “following my purchases” in the "members" area.
