specialised in ceramics and partner of Ceramics Collector will
provide you with a detailed description.
Contemporary ceramics are presented directly by the artist.
The origin and quality of the pieces presented on-line are therefore
certified to the buyer.
2. Security of the payments on-line with SSL
Ceramics Collector has selected the CIC bank payment system.
This bank uses one of the most reliable secured systems on the
web: SSL (Secure Socket Layers). All the data entries are encrypted
during their transmission between your PC and our server, and
from our server to the bank network.
Your bank details are not kept by Ceramics Collector. Only the
codes of payment agreement issued by the bank are kept. As a consequence,
it is impossible for a hacker to access your bank details.
3. Confidentiality of your personal details
The personal details you give us are only used for the processing
of your order and to offer you a service adapted to your searches.
These details will never be disclosed, except to the person in
charge of the processing of your order. Moreover, these details
are kept in secured computer systems.
4. Transport conditions adapted to ceramic art works
In collaboration with its logistic partners, Ceramics Collector
has established preferential procedures and conditions of transport
adapted to the ceramic art works.
All the shipments are insured up to the value of the purchase.
5. Satisfaction or your money back.
The buyer can return the piece within 15 days if it does not
suit (please) him/her. The piece will then be refunded in full,
except for the transport, packaging and insurance charges.
6. Price policy
The commission of CeramicsCollector is included in the price
of the piece.
In addition to this price you just have to pay the transport
and the insurance cost (1%) cost.
The transport cost depends on the object and your country.
For instance, for a piece of 2kg, the price is :
- For France : 15 euros
- For the European Union : 25 euros
- For the United State : 35 euros
The insurance cost is 1% of the object price, for instance 10
euros for a piece of 1000 euros.
7. Follow-up of the transactions on-line
Buyers and sellers are kept updated at anytime about the pieces
they purchased or they offered for sale on ceramicscollector.com.
In the members section, buyers and sellers may access information
about their pieces, by clicking on "follow-up of my purchases",
or "follow-up of my sales".
