How to sell?

1. Easier procedures and lower fees and commissions

CeramicsCollector is a website for amateurs and collectors of ceramics where they can easily purchase and sell.
In a few clics you can subscribe to be a member and then reserve and purchase objects or present them for sale.
The commission are lower: 10% for the seller, 10% for the purchaser.
The price quoted on this site for an object does not include commission, nor shipping or insurance costs.
This site actually gets more than 300 visits a day and has developed an international network of collectors, antique and art dealers, and museums.

2. Selling in 6 steps

These 6 steps are:

  • Object is placed by the seller for sale on this site,
  • Object is sold when payment is received from the purchaser by CeramicsCollector,
  • Shipment of the object by the seller to CeramicsCollector,
  • Shipment of the object by CeramicsCollector to the purchaser,
  • Object received by the purchaser,
  • Payment to the seller by CeramicsCollector.

The transaction is secured for the seller, since by being an intermediary, CeramicsCollector receives the payment from the purchaser before the seller ships the object.
Therefore the object stays with the seller until the payment is received by CeramicsCollector.

You are guaranteed the highest security concerning your personnal information witch will never be disclosed to anyone.

    3. Member subscription

The seller must become a CeramicsCollector member in order to present objets on-line.
The subscription is free and without commitment or obligation. The procedure is very easy and rapid.

    5. Shipping and payment

The object remains with the seller until the sale has been concluded.

As soon as the sale is concluded (i.e. the payment has been received by CeramicsCollector), CeramicsCollector will contact the seller by e-mail to send the object to them.
At this point, the delivery of the object is the seller's responsibility, including shipping and insurance fees.

Upon reception, CeramicsCollector will verify that the object fits the description given by the seller. CeramicsCollector is now responsible for shipping to the purchaser. All the shipments are insured up to the value of the purchase. In case of any damage, the seller is totally covered.

If the buyer is not pleased with the object for any reason, he/she may return it within 15 days after delivery.
